Refunds & Returns Policy
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- If your order has been paid and you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us within 12 hours.
- Once the packaging and shipping process has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
2. Refunds
Your satisfaction is our top priority. You are eligible for a refund or reshipment in the following cases:
- Non-Delivery: If you do not receive your order within the guaranteed delivery time (45 days, excluding 2-5 days for processing).
- Wrong Item Received: If the item delivered is incorrect.
- Change of Mind: If you no longer want the product. However:
- The item must be unused and returned at your expense.
Refund Requests Will Not Be Accepted If:
- The order does not arrive due to reasons within your control (e.g., incorrect shipping address provided).
- The order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters).
3. How to Request a Refund
- Refund requests can be submitted within 7 days after the guaranteed delivery period (45 days) has expired.
