How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- You receive the wrong item
- You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

The product took a long time to arrive, was walking with the Post Office. The equipment is good, but the manufacturer could do with the screen printing of the control buttons of the screen, you need to have eagle eyes to find out which button to press. Everything else is working well.

Always arrived in a “Spartan” package and apart from a few small defects (small scratches on the base and film on a display bent at an angle), proves to be a very useful tool for approaching repairs on SMD or similar components without losing your eyes! The only discordant note: Although there are instructions in Italian on the attached booklet, the software does not allow on display it does not allow to view the commands in Italian. Or rather: there is the “multilingual” function from which Italian can be selected, but if you choose it, the software goes to…. Chinese (or similar language I don’t know…). Not bad if you still select English where everything works perfectly

The quality of the materials is according to the price, for students and to start in the electronic repairs is perfect, it will serve you a lot. The base is plastic and light, therefore it tends to move when force is applied, it is very close to the microscope, so there is not much space to work with the Heat station, take it into account if you want to work very precisely. I did not like that it did not bring a port to take video to a monitor, but hey, outside of that it was a very good purchase.

It is a good product, but 1200X never, for which it is designed I knew well. The packaging is very good and in Mac OS X works with PhotoBooth and also download a software called “XploView”. Does not come the Spanish language and does not indicate when the battery is charged. It is also bad that when the charger is put on the screen forever displays the charging icon, it does not turn off. I took a photo of a small grain of rice, the grain is seen to the photo and as seen on a 21-inch screen, lower the brightness so that the grain is seen in the microscope.

This is my second microscope with a display. The first came broken. In this packaging is a little better. But the microscope is only 5 megapixels. Although enough for use 2. will use for soldering. I do not know how the plastic stands and legs will withstand. It is bad that the angle of the display and the microscope do not change.

Having bought it, the Yak has set off the Ultrabook Dell 7373, and the sound itself. Having paid for himself, for the addition of the opinty codec and over the ration. Such as additional knowledge of the IMAX B6 mikrochem, through the wrong laptop.
